Welcome to AI Experts. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Nature of Service
AI Experts is a marketplace platform connecting clients with independent AI professionals. We act solely as an intermediary. We do not employ the experts and are not a party to the direct business agreement between clients and experts.
2. Independent Contractors
All experts listed on the platform are independent contractors. No employer-employee relationship exists between AI Experts and any user. Experts are solely responsible for their service quality and deliverables.
3. Launch & Beta Phase
The platform is currently in a Beta launch phase. During this period, the service is provided free of charge for both experts and clients. AI Experts is not a financial party to transactions at this stage, and communication and payments occur directly between the expert and the client.
4. Privacy & Data Sharing
Upon accepting a bid, contact details (Email, Name) are automatically shared between the client and the expert to facilitate communication. We do not share your data with third parties otherwise.
5. Disclaimer
While we verify expert profiles, the final responsibility for due diligence lies with the client. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any project or consultation.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Illegal use, harassment, or posting offensive content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend any user violating these terms.
