They do NOT constitute official legal representation, certified financial opinions, or certified professional advice. Any action taken based on AI output is at the user's sole risk; we strongly recommend reviewing critical outputs with a qualified Human-in-the-Loop expert.
By accessing or using the "AI Experts" platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding contract. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you may not use the system.
We operate a hybrid system. The platform provides automated AI agents for workflow optimization to PRO subscribers, while simultaneously allowing for the publication of Tasks to receive bids from independent human experts. "AI Experts" is not the employer of these human freelancers; we supply the technological oversight and collect marketplace commission fees strictly as a mediation platform.
Payments for PRO subscriptions and milestone processing for human experts are handled via an official payment provider. Every transaction automatically generates a valid B2B digital tax invoice via Morning (Green Invoice), fully recognized for VAT and corporate tax deduction purposes.
The PRO plan is a digital recurring monthly subscription. Following Israeli Consumer Protection Law for non-depreciating digital goods, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, preventing future charges. Cancellations involving Human Expert tasks are governed by the internal Statement of Work and locked via the Milestone Escrow interface.
AI Experts reserves the right to update these terms from time to time without prior notice.
