We legally commit that no business data, correspondence, or file uploaded to our platform is ever used to train third-party foundational models, as detailed by SOC2 standards. Your data remains entirely yours.
During your use of the platform, we collect only strictly necessary data to provide our services (client name, company details, email, and conversation history managed within an isolated RAG architecture specific to your organizational agent). This is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
The system utilizes advanced AI engines via Enterprise Isolated API Endpoints. Under our binding agreements with AI providers (OpenAI/Anthropic), data transmitted via these APIs is not stored long-term and is explicitly excluded from being used to train or improve their public models.
Sensitive data is securely stored in databases managed by Supabase using AES-256 Encryption at Rest. Our cloud infrastructure is protected by ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II compliance frameworks.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer user information to any third parties for marketing purposes. Information is only shared securely with Human Experts (to generate bids inside the system) and encrypted payment gateways (Morning / Credit Card networks) specifically for processing lawful payments under strict confidentiality.
